The latest Apple iOS 8 software update is available to download and install via the iTunes App Store or Apple’s official website.
The iOS 8 update brings with it some new features including support for more languages and improvements to the Siri Voice Remote, FaceTime audio, and Apple Pay.
If you are a user of an older iPhone or iPad with the older iOS 7 software, you can download the iOS 8.2 update from Apple’s website and install it from the software’s download page.

Apple is offering iOS 8 upgrades for all iPhone and iPod touch users on a one-time, free-of-charge basis, so there’s no need to worry if you’re already running an older iOS device.
This software update will be available to all iOS 8 users starting July 1st.
To download the update, head to Settings > General > Software update, select the “Update now” option and follow the instructions.
Once the software update has finished downloading, tap the “Next” button and follow onscreen instructions to install it.
To get the latest version of Apple’s iOS software, go to Settings, then General > About this Software.
If the software you are looking for doesn’t already have an iOS 8 upgrade option, you’ll find it under “System update” on the main Apple menu.
If this is your first time installing iOS 8 on your iPhone or iPod touch, we’d suggest checking out the instructions for setting up an iCloud account and signing in.
If your existing iCloud account is already set up, you should be good to go.
